⚠️ Know before you book

  • Some EcoFly bundle routes do not include checked baggage, so the bundle should be checked before booking.
  • Destinations outside Turkey require a transit via Istanbul.
  • No First Class; the options are Economy and Business.

What does the ticket include?

  • On-board meals, an entertainment system, generous legroom, and an amenity kit, according to the Economy Class page.
  • Economy Class fare bundles: EcoFly, ExtraFly and PrimeFly; checked baggage depends on the destination and bundle, and some EcoFly routes do not include checked baggage.
  • In the EcoFly bundle, a seat can be purchased.

On board & special services

  • "Planet" entertainment system: recent and classic films, thousands of songs, and dedicated programmes for children.
  • In-flight internet: in Economy Class, free up to 10 MB for Miles&Smiles members (Classic and Classic Plus) and 400 MB for Elite and Elite Plus members. In Business Class, up to 1 GB free, and unlimited for Elite and Elite Plus members.
  • "Touristanbul": a free tour of Istanbul for travellers with an international transit of between 6 and 24 hours at Istanbul Airport, provided both flights are on a single booking with a ticket beginning with 235. Obtaining a Turkish visa, if required, is the traveller's responsibility.
  • "Stopover" in Istanbul programme: complimentary hotel accommodation with breakfast for international transits from 20 hours up to 7 days: one night in a 4-star hotel for Economy Class, and two nights in a 5-star or boutique hotel for Business Class. Egypt is among the eligible countries, and the request must be submitted at least 72 hours before the flight. This programme cannot be combined with Touristanbul on the same transit.
