Utopia Blue Resort is a new resort that opened in 2025 at km 22 on the El Quseir–Marsa Alam road, within the sheltered Ras El Lesad Bay on the Red Sea coast, and is the sister hotel of Utopia Beach Club, which shares the same address. It suits families thanks to the kids' club and aqua park, couples and honeymooners looking for a swim-up bungalow or a suite with a private pool, and diving and snorkelling enthusiasts.

In front of the resort is a private sandy beach a 3-minute walk away, with direct entry to a fish-rich house reef with no wooden walkway, and an on-site Euro-Divers dive centre catering to beginners and experienced divers alike. It has an aqua park with three slides, a main pool heated in winter, a spa with Turkish bath, sauna and steam room, plus a tennis court and gym. It operates on an All Inclusive basis, and its restaurants serve Asian, Italian, Oriental and seafood dishes.
