Xperience Hill Top is a small adults-only beach resort in the Umm El Sid plateau area of Sharm El Sheikh, close to Ras Umm El Sid and the lighthouse. It consists of chalets overlooking the Red Sea amid gardens and green spaces, away from the crowds of the big resorts, and is run by the Xperience hotel group. It suits couples and lovers of quiet, and diving and snorkelling enthusiasts who prefer a simple, reasonably priced stay.

Its main feature is a private coral beach, with most of its reefs right in front of the resort, plus a jetty for entering the water, making the area suitable for snorkelling from day one. The hotel operates on a Bed & Breakfast basis rather than All Inclusive, with a continental breakfast served on the room's terrace or in the restaurant, and the Hill Top restaurant offers light lunches and snacks alongside the Hill Top bar. On site there is a diving and watersports centre, a tour desk offering trips such as Ras Mohammed, and bicycle rental, but no swimming pool.

Location

The resort is on the Umm El Sid plateau (Al Hadaba district) in Sharm El Sheikh, near Ras Umm El Sid. It is about 1 km from the lighthouse area, 1.2 km from Palm Beach, and about 2.5 km from the Old Market, reaching Ras Umm El Sid beach in about a 15-minute walk.
